The late post: Cranberries in concert

Watching The Cranberries on stage at the Singapore Indoor Stadium last night definitely brought back memories.
Not of the first time I heard Linger, the song that was almost about to fade away, until MTV put it on heavy rotation and eventually that song became a hit – almost a year after it was first released. And it certainly didn’t remind of the time when my friends decided that a better lyric would be “would you like to smell my finger, would you like to let it linger”. Nor of the time someone I knew mistook the lyrics for Zombie as “Ee-yah-hey, ee-yah-hay, satay, satay, satay”. (Wonder why no entrepreneur banked on that idea to sell that particular dish.)
