Update: Samsung has just lifted the embargo on the Samsung Galaxy S II news, which will be coming out in a new colour – coral pink.
Samsung has just announced that two different Galaxy products will be released this Saturday. The release will include a smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy Nexus (black and white), retailing at S$948, and a tablet, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7, retailing at S$898. All prices are without contract and inclusive of GST.
In short, the Galaxy Nexus and the Galaxy Tab 7.7 will feature super AMOLED displays as their main selling points, but to find out more, we’ve previously had previews of the above products here and here.
Samsung will also be releasing the Samsung Galaxy S II in a new colour – coral pink, and it will retail at S$888 without contract and inclusive of GST. We’ve also previously had a look at the Galaxy S II here. No prizes for guessing what the target market is for this rerelease of an almost year old phone.
We’ll be getting a review out for the products as soon as possible – sadly Samsung themselves have said that they have no review units available at the moment, so you will have to go by your gut when buying these phones.
