Korea is reeling after huge flash floods caused nationwide chaos over the last 3 days. About 400mm of rain fell in Seoul within 24 hours, causing flash floods, landslides and bridge closures. A blackout hit the south of the city, suspending train services, and subway stations were inundated. An estimated 32 people have been declared dead so far.
